What We Collect

• Account info: Email, name, and profile picture (via Google OAuth)
• X/Twitter connection: OAuth tokens to read your timeline and post on your behalf. We never see or store your X password.
• Voice samples: Tweets you paste to train your AI voice profile
• Usage data: Which features you use, scan history, draft/post counts

What We Don't Collect

• Your X/Twitter password (we use OAuth tokens)
• Your DMs or private messages
• Data from accounts you don't explicitly add as targets

How We Use Your Data

• Scan tweets from your target accounts to find reply opportunities
• Draft replies and posts in your voice using your voice profile
• Post content to X when you click "ship it"
• Send you email notifications (you can unsubscribe anytime)

Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on encrypted servers. OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest. We use industry-standard security practices. We don't sell your data to anyone. Ever.

Third Parties

• Anthropic (Claude AI): Tweet text is sent to Claude for scoring and drafting. Anthropic does not retain this data for training.
• X/Twitter API: Used to read timelines and post content you approve
• Stripe: Handles payment processing. We never see your full card number.
• Google: OAuth for account creation

Data Deletion

Delete your account anytime from the dashboard. We'll remove all your data, voice samples, drafts, and OAuth tokens within 30 days. Email us at support@shippost.ai if you need immediate deletion.

Cookies

We use a single session cookie to keep you logged in. No tracking cookies, no analytics cookies, no creepy ad pixels.

Changes

We'll email you if this policy changes materially.
