1. What ShipPost Does

ShipPost.ai is a social media drafting and scheduling tool. We use AI to draft content suggestions for your review. Nothing is ever posted to your connected accounts without your explicit approval.

2. Human Review & Approval (Important)

ShipPost is a drafting assistant, not an autonomous posting bot. Every piece of AI-generated content follows the same rule: a human reviews and approves the exact text before it is published. Specifically:

• Replies. ShipPost drafts replies for your review. When you approve one, ShipPost opens X with the reply pre-filled and you post it from your own X session. ShipPost does not post replies to X on your behalf via the API.
• Original posts. You review the draft, edit it however you like, and confirm before anything publishes.
• Scheduled posts. Only text you have explicitly approved can be scheduled. Our systems will not publish any queued item that lacks a recorded approval from you, and editing a queued post requires your re-approval.
• No autonomous publishing. We do not generate content and publish it without you seeing it first. There is no setting that turns this off.

Because you approve and publish the content, you are the author and publisher of everything that appears on your accounts. You are responsible for reviewing drafts for accuracy, tone, and compliance with the rules of the platform you post to. AI-generated drafts can be wrong, misleading, or inappropriate — that's exactly why the review step exists, and you agree not to rely on drafts without reading them.

You also agree to use ShipPost in compliance with X's Terms of Service and Developer Agreement, including its rules on automation, spam, and platform manipulation. Attempting to circumvent the review step — through our API, scripting the interface, or otherwise — is a violation of these terms and may result in immediate termination of your account.

3. Your Account

You're responsible for your account credentials and everything posted through your connected social media accounts. You must be 18+ to use ShipPost.

4. Free Trial

New accounts get a 7-day free trial. You can cancel anytime before the trial ends without being charged. After the trial, your selected plan's pricing applies.

5. Content & Conduct

You own your content. We don't claim any rights to tweets, replies, or other content you create or post through ShipPost. Don't use ShipPost for spam, harassment, or anything that violates X/Twitter's Terms of Service.

6. Data & Privacy

We store your OAuth tokens securely to access your connected accounts. We never store your social media passwords. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

7. Cancellation

Cancel anytime from your dashboard. Your access continues until the end of your billing period. No refunds for partial months, but we won't charge you again.

8. Limitation of Liability

ShipPost is provided "as is." We're not responsible for any consequences of content you choose to post through our platform. You review and approve all content before it's published.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. We'll notify you via email if anything material changes.
